Return Policy

**30-Day Money-Back Guarantee**

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. We want you and your pet to be completely happy with PawEco products.

**Eligibility**

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging. Some items, like gift cards and final sale items, are non-returnable.

**How to start a return**

Email us at [paweco26@gmail.com](mailto:paweco26@gmail.com) with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

**Refunds**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

**Exchanges**

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [paweco26@gmail.com](mailto:paweco26@gmail.com) and we’ll arrange the exchange.

**Return Shipping**

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
